Questions families ask
How long does it take to get my video?
Usually 15–30 minutes after payment. You can follow its progress in My videos, and it is ready to download there as soon as it is made.
Can I see my video before paying?
Yes. After you fill in your details, your own video plays right away with your names, dates and venues. You can change anything and watch again as many times as you like.
What is the “Preview” watermark?
Until you pay, the word “Preview” shows across the video so it cannot be used as the final invitation. The HD video you get after paying has no watermark.
Can I change details after paying?
Please check every name, date and venue in the preview, because the final video is made from those details. If making the video reports a problem with your details, you can fix them and it is made again. For any other change after payment, contact us.
Which languages are available?
Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu. Some designs are made for one region, so each design page shows the languages it comes in.
Is there a design for my community?
Yes. Designs are set up for Hindu North Indian, Gujarati, Marathi, Sikh, Punjabi Hindu, Tamil, Telugu and English invitations, with the right blessing and the functions your family usually has.
How much does a video invitation cost?
₹1,999 + GST for most designs and ₹2,499 + GST for the Grand Royal design. GST (18%) is added at checkout, and the price covers the video and a web invitation card together.
What is the web invitation card that comes with the video?
A web invitation that guests open from a link, with your details, functions and venue maps. You can pick any web card design, and it is included in your video’s price: video + web invitation card, both in one price.
How can I pay?
Through Razorpay’s secure checkout, by UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit or credit card, or netbanking.
What file do I get, and will it play on WhatsApp?
An HD MP4 video in portrait (9:16), the shape of a phone screen. It plays on any phone and can be sent on WhatsApp like any other video. You also get the invitation message text, ready to copy and paste.
Can I get a refund?
Each video is made for you from your details, so please watch your preview before paying. Our refund policy explains when a refund applies.
